Miguel A. Soto, P.E.

Mr. Soto is the founder and President of MasTek Inc.  He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of California.  He has a degree in Electrical engineering.  Mr. Soto’s career began working for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power for over 17 years.  In his tenure at LADWP he held various positions in the power sector consisting of; being a lead team member in the design and build of LADWP’s first and existing Energy Control Center to managing power distribution data management systems.  Pursuant to LADWP, Mr. Soto was a Principal at a systems integration firm, CorDax, in which he was responsible for the company’s systems integration team.

Carlos A. Mendizabal

Mr. Mendizabal is a Principal at MasTek Inc.  He is a principal consultant and has over thirty years experience in the technology industry.  Prior to joining Mastek, Mr. Mendizabal worked for Digital Map Products, a GIS software as a service firm, as Vice President overseeing the professional services and data acquisition teams.  Prior to DMP, Mr. Mendizabal was the founder and President of CorDax, a systems integration firm specializing in computer aided design, geographical information systems, document management, and training.

Faviola Medina

Ms. Medina is a Senior Consultant at MasTek Inc.  She has over fifteen years experience in the computer aided design and document management technologies and is certified on IBM’s content management solutions.  Prior to joining MasTek Ms. Medina worked for USCAD, one of the largest Autodesk reseller in the country, were she was a Project Manager overseeing large CAD implementations.  Prior to USCAD she worked at CorDax as a Software Engineer implementing document management solutions.

Raymond T. Granvold, CISSP

Mr. Granvold is a Senior Consultant at MasTek Inc.  He is CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certified and has over thirty years experience in the software development and cyber security industry. Prior to joining MasTek Mr. Granvold worked for Promia as Vice President overseeing the company's cyber security product development in which they were engaged with cyber security event management analytics for US Navy Space and Naval Systems Command (SPAWAR) Programs.
